HH Swim Families 

-Workouts increased in yardage. Also, always focusing on technique with feedback.

-Friday is our fun day. All swimmers wore  tennis shoes which was great. We had no stubbed toes

-Saturday. Ours starts and turns clinic had over 40 kids show up.

Parkwood swim meet. Sign ups are now in deadline is Wednesday noon.Swimmers can swim three individual events. Please mark if you are NOT able to attend. Day of the meet:  parking on the street. Concessions are available. I anticipate the meet will go till 1230 as they only have four lanes.

Please know your kids are swimming really well, putting in the hard work, and are being respectful.

CITY MEET: July 17th:  One full and fun day:  More details to come: There will be two sessions that day:  11 and older at 8-11:30am:   10 and unders 12:30-3pm:  Indoors at MT View HS:  The more swimmers the more opportunity to score points for the team:  There are fees for individual races and relays:
