Good evening HH Parents 

We had a terrific first day with a team meeting and a little time in the pool today: 

Due to cold temperatures Wednesday AM: we for the first time in 6 years, are cancelling 

practice.   We will make it up with a Saturday practice for swimmers who can attend: 

Saturday only :   7:30-8:15am  Cat 4-3 

                           8:15- 9am.     Cat 2 

                            9:-9:30am     Cat 1.  

Back to standard Cat 4-3-2-1 sessions on Monday.  

We could use a few more swimmers attending Cat 3 session: in
Order to even out the sessions a bit more:  ages 11-13 age guideline
