HH Swim Families 

We had a great start to the season:   We focused on drills and improving technique: 

For many new swimmers, we acclimated them to what was involved in a typical swim practice.  We have over 32 new swimmers to our team:  All worked hard and had some fun:   On Friday, they run a bit, have a riddle and play a game, plus swim some yardage! 

MIRACLES DO HAPPEN:   Today we had four starting blocks installed.  New to us and of are of the standard height, we see at other pools:  I have grateful to the HHSWIM Board for all their time and effort and a HUGE thank you to DRENNAN CUSTOM CONTRACTING- especially to Rafe Quinton (Rivers dad) and crew for making the install possible!   We are ALL so grateful:  

GREEN THUMB NEEDED:  if a HH swim parent or family would be able to take charge of a new project, please let us know:  We want to improve the grassy/plant area right outside the restrooms, next to the main entrance to the pool:  This is a small way of thanking the HH HOA board and all members, that we are gratfor allowing us to have a swim team at HH.  We will have swimmers to help out:  Simply needing some cleaning up: mulch and some added color.  

FUNDRAISER:  tomorrow night: 6/6:  at Penrose TapHouse and restaurant:  on College in Old Town. They have a large outdoor area and play area for kids:  we are to receive 10% of sales from 5-8pm
