quick reminder. Sign up DEADLINE is tomorrow’ at noon. Currently we have 58 swimmers participating:   We have a number of families out of town on vacation 

Tomorrow: 6/22:  9:40-10:am. Starts and turns 10 and under (guideline) 

                    7Pm-pm.  Starts and turns 11 older.  (Guideline) hope for no thunderstorms 

Friday: 6/23:   Practice as normal :  running shoes.  Only change. CAT 4  7:00-7:40pm 

Saturday l: warm up. HH 7-7:30am. 11’older 7-7:15! 10 under 7:15-7:30am.  After warm up arms can be marked.
