HH Swim Team family 

Theme week: A most successful past THEME WEEK we had: Swimmers swam a mile, had practice in a  tshirt, swam a 12 days of Christmas, had a challenging hour of power (Cat4 swam 2,400 yd) obstacle course and the ever popular pancake/sausage breakfast on Friday (see photos).  Thank you Nicole Kidd, Kim & Shannon S, Summer and Meadow F and Irina Z for making and serving over 80 swimmers. HOME Swim Meet 7/1.  Western theme. A Huge success and tons of fun.   Thank you Clarissa H for providing the duck/cowboy heat winners. Thank you all who helped out and a special shout out to Ryan L our awesome country western starter and announcer:   (See pictures)

STATE QUALIFIERS: MaxF 50 Fr: Harry J 100 IM, Preston P 200 IM, Caleb C 200 Fr and Kaylin F 400 Fr.  (Results attached)  we will review DQs with swimmers on Monday 

THIS WEEK :  practice M-T-Th-Fr  NO PRACTICE ON July 5th  families can stay up and celebrate the 4th of July   Meet on July 8th AT Nelson Farms:  deadline for meet entries are Thursday at 12 noon:  We can use two timers Saturday if any parents or sibling can help out    Only 3 swim meets remain   At Nelson Farms, then at Westfield and finally City Meet (details to come this week)
