HAPPY 4th of JULY.  

Quick update.  Nelson Farms is allowing four individual events for Saturday meet. 
plus 2 possible relays.  Swimmers can pick anywhere from 1 to 4 individual events 

DEADLINE. NF wants our sign ups by NOON/ Thursday:   Our NEW deadline is 10am 7/6 

    this gives coaches enough time to determine relays
