HH Swim Team Families 

We welcomed 34 new swimmers on 5/31 to the HH Swim family.

-our HH team is FULL with 110 kiddos 

MONDAY 6/3  our first official practice : please check our web page for the times for each age group and CAT SESSION   Swimmers need to arrive 5 minutes before start time:  please bring check (s) MONEY for registration and equipment fees   Nicole Kidd (HH board member) will be on deck collecting payment 

Monday 6/3   Our FUNDRAISER at Penrose tap house in Old Town 5-8pm  we receive 10% of all total sales   Please consider eating at  or take out food on Monday : 

First week of practice   We focus on techniques and drills for all four strokes   Poor technique is like riding a bike with a flat tire :  

Practices consist of  dry land/warm up : working on all four strokes  turns  and starts and a quick stretch on deck   

FRIDAY  EVERY FRIDAY  kiddos should bring running shoes  we have a workout and with time remaining fun pool  games and a riddle 

COACHES  FOR 2024   all 5 coaches are coaching all 110 kiddos  However, eaach coach focuses on a specific age group :  swimmers and parents can talk to their age group coach first with questions : we kindly ask all questions be asked before or after each CAT SESSION
