Wanting to clear up any confusion regarding City Meet 

ALL KIDDOS CAN PARTICIPATE:   The only meet is state championships that kiddos need to qualify for :  GOAL  65 of our 105 Kidds to participate:  CITY  Meet is no crazier than our meet Saturday at home vs Village Green was: : TIMES FOR CITY  Friday 8-12:30pm for 11 older  Saturday 8-1pm for 10 and unders:   Not sure on warm up times   All swimmers need to be gathered at the team tent for both days 

FEES . $5 entry fee (all swimmers pay to be in the meet). Plus a Fee of $5. Per event fee. (Kids can swim up to 4 individual events:  experienced swimmers should swim 4 events plus relays.  HH swim team WILL pay for the relay fees . (Thanks to our  $$ fundraisers).  Fees can be paid via Venmo (preferred ).  ie. Swimmer Johnny is signed up for 3 events. He would owe $15 for races and $5 entry fee=$20 owed to HH 

Payment  DUE Saturday at 1pm (Nelson farms meet should be done by then).  ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE AT 1pm Saturday.   

VOLUNTEERS:   We need two parents Friday AM. 8-10am in the heating area.  I’m anticipating we will be asked for helpers on Saturday, as well.  Being a timer is the best way to see your kid swim btw  shifts are for 2 hours then the second shift takes over   Approximately 2 hours to time 

July 11th PiIZZA PARTY at HH pool. Thursday 5:30pm for swimmers going to City Meet. 
LAST DAY OF PRACTICE. JULY 11th. Unless your kiddo is swimming at state meet.  Thursdays practice will be fun and games

STATE RELAYS. we simply need one swimmer to qualify in their age group to take a relay  to state. We ask the swimmers with the fastest time to join the relay team.  Individual races all have to be qualified to participate at State Championships
