HH Families.

Hope all had an enjoyable 4rh of July holiday  weekend 

HH team swam great Saturday at NF.  We had a number of kiddos qualify for state:  so many great improvements in their times and exciting races: As you could clearly see, NF has  a big team with a number of fast swimmers. They did win in points earned  but their swimmers were able to swim four events.  NF will be tough to beat at City Meet  but we are up for the challenge.  If HH gets 1st (repeat champs) or 19th out of 19 teams: the results do NOT define us as a team.  We will do our best and coaches will be super proud of all 70 swimmers at City Meet 

Wednesday team photo.  At 8:05 am.  Schedule is  Cat 4: 6:40-7:30am. Cat 3:  7:20-8am. 
after the team picture Cat 2 and cat 1 will practice together from 8:30-9:15am.  We will practice in a T-shirts  Wednesday:: bring any tshirt to wear and swim in 

THURSDAY A brief workout and time for relays and games.(last practice of the summer) 
THURSDAY Pm 5-7pm. Pizza and ice cream for kiddos swimming at City Meet 

CITY MEET  70 swimmers attending  so proud and thrilled to have 70% of our team participating:    It’s important all swimmers eat healthy-clean this week and get their needed rest and hydration: 

FRIDAY AT VILLAGE GREEN. 11 and older. Warm up: tbd : still need two parents to help in the heating area. First two hours of the meet 

SATURDAY AT VILLAGE GREEN. 10 and under  warm uptime: tbd 

Monday. 7/15. Practice for kids going to state for individual races and relays.
LAST CHANGE TRIALS  if a swimmer is close to a state qualifying time (2 seconds for 50 yards ) and 4 seconds for a 100 yard race we willl conduct races with an official and two timers. 7:00-7:30am. Coaches will review results and be in touch with swimmer who can swim Monday
