HH families 

TODAY FRIDAY: Our 11 and older kiddos swam crazy good today.  I don’t know our total points or placement but all swimmers showed grit, great team spirit  and swam incredible races 

WARM UP. 6-6:15am.  Coach Lauryn and coach jerry will be there.  If you op to not warm up. Please arrive by 7:10am.  Parking is nuts ;  they will start heating  the girls medley by 7:30am   Do not be late  we don’t want any missed relays (we had one today ) 

Team tents. We have 3 team tents behind the heating area. Behind the starting blocks. All swimmers must sit as a team.  

cooling off   Kids are allowed to pop in and right back out of the diving well to cool off 

Do NOT leave the meet without checking with a coach  I’m sure all kids are on a free relay at the end of the meet 

Coach jerry is hanging out by the lifeguard chair:  close to the tennis courts   I would like each kid to speak to me or one of the other coaches before going  to the heating area   We will give them a few things to remind them for their race  

coaches will get 8 under relays organized and to the heating area. 

reminder MONDAY. SECKND CHANCE RACES. IF YOUR  SWIMMER IS CLOSE TO STATE TIME (a few second off) we will have races Monday. Warm up 7-7:15am.   Cat 4 kids practice 8-:8 30am.  CST 1-2-3. FROM 8:25-9:15am for Monday.
