HH Swim Families . 
Much to share and give thanks to! 

Huntington Hills finished 3rd out of 19 teams. BTW we are the 6th largest team: so we ROCK AND ROLL.  This is our fourth year of being in the top 3. We did everything possible to repeat as City Champs. I’m incredibly proud of ALL 70 swimmers who swam their hearts out.  Friday and Saturday were long days, incredibly hot, crowded and loud:   THANK YOU TO THE PARENTS WHO WERE  TIMERS AND OFFICIATING

Special Shout out to our City Champions.  HH won 22% of the 92 EVENTS : HH WON 20 total events   We dominated in boys 8 under and boys 15-18:  most importantly ALL HH kids did their best and showed great teamwork and sportsmanship:  

FRIDAY. HIGHLIGHT.  
BOYS 15-18. HH placed 1st, 3rd and 4th in the 200 Medley Relay and HH had 8 of the top 13 finishers in 100 Free  (boys 15-18)   Special mention to AidenW who swam after getting off a plane from Spain  tired,  jet lagged and had not worked out in 10 days   This is what warms a coaches heart:   Aiden made it to the big meet to help his team out!!!!  Olivia Bell 2nd in 50 breast  only missing state time by .3 seconds !! Shout out to PorterL swimming the 200 free (new to swimming and he was nervous but did awesome)  

CITY CHAMPS 11 and older.  Boys 15-18. Medley relay JJ P, Aiden W, Preston P, JackW :   JJ Phillips 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Back and 200 Free (6 total wins).  
200 FR relay. JJ P, JackW, OliverW, and EliC,    100 breast PrestonP  -2nd JackW.  50 fly girls 11-12: Greer H, and KaylinF 100 back,   

SATURDAY HIGHLIGHTS 

  Boys 8 under 100 IM: HH had 3 in the top 4:  DavidG 1st, MichealB 2nd and Asher Bell  4th  amazing : special mention to Brandon who swam the very last race of the day:  the 200 Free  first time ever and he got 5th overall!!!!! 

CITY CHAMPS on SATURDAY 10 under.   Boys 8 under medley relay:  MichealB, LucasH, DavidG, PaulM :   individual races.  Micheal Balk. 25 backstroke:   Lucas  Heffern 25 Breastroke,  David Grant, 25 Free, the  25 Fly, the 100 IM and the 100 FR. (David Grant won all six of his events).  Boys free relay 8 under. MichealB , DavidG, LucasH and PaulM.
