Meet starts 8am.  Done 12:30? 

HH warm up:  6:25-6:50am. Brutal. If kids can make it. Great: if not, please  arrive by 7:40am. 

AN ATHLETE report will be posted by the team tent on a fence or wall . All 60 swimmers names and event numbers will be listed. First up is ALWAYS 8 under medley relays: after all medley relays are completed we begin with backstroke 

MARKING  OF ARMS. parents are welcome to mark their swimmers forearm with the event numbers they are racing.  Bring a sharpie.  

COACHES will organize relays and assist getting  8 unders to the heating area.  9 and older swimmers will need to get to the heating area on their own. (There will be an electronics reader board and a PA system to update all on what event number needs to report to the hearing area 

TEAM TENT. PLEASE sit close to the team tent. This makes finding swimmers much quicker for coaches:  

only swimmers who are about to swim and coaches are allowed in the heating area and behind the blocks.   

CONCESSIONS :  there will be a variety of items to consumer 

We are guests at Westfield. One of 4 teams competing.  Reminder;  summer swim team is for fun, safety and for swimmers to do their best
