HH families 

We have 70 HH swimmers and 3 small visiting teams competing tomorrow 

Warm Up.  6:40-6:50am. Kids 11 older 

                  6:50-7am.  10 under.  
                 7:45-7:55am   Lane one. Starts only -all ages welcomed 

7;55am. 8 under relays need to be at the heating area 

8am national anthem to be sung

8:05 swimming meet begins.

Heat sheets will be available on our web site by 4pm today : feel free to mark your swimmers arms tonight   Only event numbers are needed 

Swimtopia says 1:30pm completion.  Our meet needs to be done by 12:30pm 

We will be combining, 7  races and doing flyovers. If we are running behind schedule, we will have no option, but to cancel the free relay and the 200 free individual races at the end of the meet: 

ALL swimmers and families are to set up outside the pools fence.  Bring a tent and shade panels as it it to be close to 100 degrees 

TEAM T-shirts were given out at today’s practice. (Thank you AbbyW and Nicole K) Tomorrow Abby Wilson will be giving out T-shirts to those who still need them.  BIG thank you to the Shields family (Matt-Missy, Harrison, Booker and Myles) for their design and making the T-shirts so awesome – aloha. All fitting our theme this summer, which is Hawaii.  (Hawaiian theme swim meet in three weeks.

Saturday set up. Coaches begin set up at 6:15 AM. Anyone who wants to help is welcomed.

KEN CARYL MEET. Entries are due Sunday by 5 PM. You can text or email Coach jerry  with what races your kid wants to swim. Again, we would like at least 20 swimmers to go to Denver (Friday 13 older and Saturday 12-under). in order to make it worthwhile. Once I receive the entries, we will determine if we are going as a team or not.  If we do not attend the invitational:  all Swimmers can swim at Buckinghorse the following Saturday
