CITY MEET  Information

ALL. HH swimmers can and should  participate at City Meet : sessions should be completed by 12:30pm  

We compete against 19 other teams. Points are earned 1st-12th place  RELAYS EARN  DOUBLE POINTS (more swimmers-=more relays)  

GOAL:  HH to place top 3 with at least 65 HH swimmers 

HOST TEAM:   SCCA  at 313 Tulane Dr

Corporate sponsors July 1st 

Merchandise via MI sports (on line) July 2nd midnight

FEES   Individual entry  fee $5 (all participants pay) 

individual events $7 per event  / 3 events max per swimmer:  relays $14 per relay ($3) per swimmer per relays   

SESSIONS.  Session 1 FRIDAY 7/18  starts 8am  for 11 older 

                     Session 2 Friday 7/18  start 5pm  (new session) DISTANCE: 

                          100 free for 8 unders and 200 and 400 free for 9 olders 

                    Session 3:  Saturday 7/19. Starts 8am. 10 under 

HH REQUIREMENTS FOR TIMERS - HH has 6 slots to for timers:   for best views and staying cool!! SCCA IS COVERING ALL OTHER JOBS -WHICH IS AMAZING)  

     FRIDAY SESSION 1.  Two timers needed Lane 2. - Events #25-48. (Approximately 10:15am -12:30) 

    FRIDAY SESSION 2.   Two timers needed Lane 2.- Events 49-52  (approximately ( 5-6pm) 

    SATURDAY. SESSION 3. Two timers needed  Lane 3 -Events 53-68 (approximately (8-10:30) timers meeting 7:30am

PIZZA party 7/17:  for City participants: Thursday  time n place TBD 

NO practice Friday 7/18:  all coaches will be at City Meet
