HH. Swim families 

Hope all had an enjoyable July 4th holiday 

We had a good week of practice, ending on 7/4 with over 24 kiddos who played games and won prizes.  Parents. Please know we work on turns and starts every practice and dry land exercise :  ASK your swimmer what is  the .5th stroke is?   See what they answer 

UPCOMING DATES AND DEADLINES 

Wednesday.   July 9th TEAM PHOTO. please wear team tshirt at 8am  after team picture we will continue with Cat 3-2-1 practices 

Thursday July 10th. At 12 noon. Deadline for our last home meet. 
HOME MEET.  Our annual THEME IS HAWAII. shaved ice will be sold along with our normal concessions :  prizes for best dressed.   Meet starts. 8:05am- 12 noon (goal )

WARM UP:  6:45-7am. Cat 4-cat 3. 7am-7:15 cat 2- cat 1. 
  ****We NEED. 10 more helpers for our home meet to run smoothly 

CITY MEET:  Entries (3 individual races).  Deadline 7/12/2025. By 7 pm.  Separate email was sent last Sunday with sessions Schedule and fees.   GOAL 60+ swimmers!!   ***STILL NEED 4 TIMERS.   

We are down to 9 practices for the season, unless those going to Denver for state. !
