Dear Hurricanes Families,

I hope this letter finds you well. As the swim season draws to a close, we are excited to invite all families to join us for a special celebration of our kids' achievements and to express our gratitude to our amazing coaches.

We will be hosting an End of Season Potluck Party on July 23rd at 5pm. Location is still TBD as we are waiting on confirmation for either Paragon Pool or Fossil Creek Park. This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as a community, celebrate the hard work and dedication of our swimmers, and acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our coaches who have guided them throughout the season. To make this event a success, we kindly request each family to bring a dish to share.

Please see below for guidance on what type of dish to bring so that we can ensure a variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy

A - G: Mexican Themed Main Dish Please note what you are bringing in the Comments to ensure we have a variety and enough food. Suggestions include ground beef for tacos, chicken for tacos, Mexican casserole, chile rellenos. Also, please note any allergy accommodations.

H - O: Side Dish Please bring a side dish to share. Note any allergy accommodations.

P - Z: Dessert/Drinks Please bring a dessert to share or a cooler of drinks.
